A graduate of the Consult Inn Institute and trained with iconic brands like Taj and Oberoi, he is admired for his creative use of spices and meticulous attention to detail.

His culinary journey took him across the globe on Carnival and Royal Caribbean Cruises, where guests from around the world praised his dishes. In Dallas, he rose to become a leading Executive Chef, recognized as one of the city’s best.

Today, Chef Praveen leads Shiva’s Bar & Grill, delivering authentic Indian flavors, warm hospitality, and unforgettable dining experiences. His passion and innovation continue to make Shiva’s a beloved favorite across Dallas and Allen.
